2/20/2024 0 Comments Diablo 3 reforging legendary itemsPrimal Ancients can drop from any source of Legendary item in the game, including Horadric Caches, Kadala, and Kanai’s Cube, but only after having completed at least a level 70 Greater Rift. On a GR100 you will get a few more legendaries on average than on GR80. You get more drops, but the quality stays the same (loot is random). What is the drop rate for Primal ancients?Ībout 0.25% Do Higher greater rifts drop better loot? The only thing can’t get primal is the “Convert Set Item” recipe in the cube because it guarentees NO ANCIENT. After completing level 70 grift solo, the primal ancients can drop from any source, including Kadala.įor craftable items, you can only get primals by crafting. Keep in mind this only applies to the reforge recipe – if you use the convert set item recipe, the result explicitly CANNOT roll ancient. Whenever you reforge a legendary, the result has a roughly 10% chance to be Ancient. If you have lots of forgotten souls and finally have gotten an item that is a must for your build, it might be worth it to reforge the items, but most often it’s really, really not. I’ve been luckier there and at Kadala than at reforging. It’s generally cheaper to do so than to reforge legendary items. Is it worth it to reforge legendary Diablo 3?
